All in a week's time it went from almost Fall to Fall. My favorite thing about this season is the change in the air, and I'm not talking necessarily about temperature. The weather will be cooler and the trees will start changing and then BAM!...something in the air changes and it's no longer summer. There's a rush of excitement and a cozy comfort only found this time of year. I just love it.

I've been re-working a lot of old photos lately, partially for my upcoming website debut (yay!) and also for various personal projects. Anytime I look at these pictures I took of my friend Heidi in Missoula, I fall in love all over again. The autumn light, the model, the location, the outfit (I made her hair pieces and found the vintage dress at a thrift shop), the fall colors...

So, I decided to post a few that I may not have shared before. Because well, I couldn't help myself.

Today marks my  100th  post on the blog!! I wanted to light a pretty birthday candle and stick it in one of the brownies I made this week for a celebratory photo, but that didn't happen. One, it's the 100th post, not the blogs 100th birthday. And two, as previously mentioned it's been a rough week and those brownies didn't even last me two days. Yours truly was in dire need of chocolate, and with chocolate comes comfort. :)

My camera is still in the shop. I'm a little bummed about the lengthy process to get it back and more importantly I have felt very lost without it. The boyfriend has been nice enough to let me borrow his when I wanted. It's done a decent job, for a Nikon. :)
